Food Truck Festival Rolls into New Bedford This Weekend
Foods from around the world will be served up to the SouthCoast this weekend at Fort Taber Park in New Bedford.
The Food Truck Festivals of America have a Saturday of deliciousness planned for the area with over a dozen different options for food and another 15 choices of beer lined up around Fort Rodman at the tip of Clark's Point.
Not to mention the live music, artisans and outdoor games to play. Get ready to have some fun in the fall sun.
Saturday is set to be absolutely gorgeous weather-wise, so why not get the crew together for some brews and grub. You will literally find something for everyone at this Food Truck Festival too.
Portuguese food and Brazilian food are of course a must for a New Bedford food truck fest, but how about trying some Lebanese and Greek food? Or maybe check out the Asian cheeseburger dumplings and Boston Specialty Fries smothered with melted cheese and onions.
No matter what you decide to dig into, one thing is for sure. Show up hungry.
The Food Truck Festival kicks off at 12 noon (11AM for VIPs) and goes until 5 PM. Tickets are just $5 when you buy them ahead of time online, but double to $10 at the gate day off.
Make sure to throw some sunblock on and pack a lawn chair or blanket too. The festival may have limited seating, but the park offers plenty of lawn to relax on as you eat out, sample beers, listen to live music and play some of the extra large games on site too.
Have fun New Bedford!
