Final Arrangements Made for 9-Month-Old Ariel Eluziario

Final arrangements are complete for 9-month-old Ariel Eluziario, who passed away last Thursday.

The wake and funeral are being held this Thursday, with calling hours at 8am and the service at 10am at Aubertine-Lopes Funeral Home on Allen Street in New Bedford.

A candlelight vigil is being held in memory of baby Ariel this Saturday from 6-8pm at Buttonwood Park in the large field near the warming house.

A special fund has been set up in her memory as well, which will go towards funeral and burial costs. Any excess donations will go towards establishing a scholarship fund for Ariel's five-year-old brother.

21-year-old Ethen Harrison has been charged in connection with the child's death.
