Fall River Police Respond to Three Shootings Overnight
FALL RIVER - Fall River Police are investigating three shooting incidents that occurred Monday night and Tuesday morning.
On Monday April 16, 2018 at approximately 11:05PM, Fall River Police responded to the area of 220 Johnson Street for a report of shots fired. Officers observed several bullet holes on the building and numerous shell casings were recovered. Fall River Police Crime Scene Unit responded to process the scene for evidence. No Injuries were reported.
At approximately 11:15PM, Fall River Police responded to the area of 340 Buffington Street for a report of shots fired. Officers located several spent shell casings in the roadway. Fall River Police Crime Scene Unit also responded to this scene for processing. No injuries were reported
On Tuesday April 17, 2018 at approximately 12:30AM, Fall River Police responded to the area of Covel and Bedford Streets for a report of shots fired. Officers responded and canvassed the scene for evidence and witnesses. No injuries were reported.
These three incidents are being actively investigated primarily by the Fall River Police Department Special Operations Division.
