
Fall River Police Add Two Names to Top Ten Most Wanted List
FALL RIVER — Two new names have been added to the Fall River Police Department’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.
Fall River Police added 22-year-old Luisceito Cruz-Dubois and 30-year-old Hector Maldonado Muniz to the list on Tuesday.
Cruz-Dubois is wanted inconnection to a home invasion where he pistol whipped and attacked the occupant of the home with a hypodermic needle on August 16.
He’s charged with Home Invasion, Firearm-Armed and Masked Robbery, Carrying a Firearm without an LTC in Public, Assault and Battery with a Hypodermic Needle, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (pistol whip), Possession of a Class A Drug (Heroin), and a Firearms Violation with 1 Prior Violent or Drug Offense.
Muniz is wanted for an incident the occurred in October of 2018 which resulted in the seizure of over 1000 grams of suspected heroin, a handgun, several large capacity handgun magazines and bullets.
Authorities say Muniz is charged with Possession Large Capacity Firearm - 5 counts, Trafficking in over 200grams of Heroin, Use of a firearm in a Felony, Possession of Ammunition without an FID, Assault and Battery on a Household Member, and Assault and Battery on a Pregnant Victim.
