
Fall River Pair Arrested on Drugs and Gun Charges
FALL RIVER — Two Fall River residents have been arrested in East Providence after police said they found them sleeping in a car in a Burker King parking lot with a crack pipe and crack cocaine in sight.
East Providence police said 43-year-old Marc Dubois and 42-year-old Holly Langellier were taken into custody on Friday afternoon following a wellness check.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the Taunton Avenue Burger King at around 12:30 p.m. to check the well-being of two people sleeping in a car in the parking lot.

Police said as they approached the vehicle they saw Langellier attempt to hide something near the center console, and that although Dubois rolled down his window, he also drove forward slowly before stopping.
Officers also said they saw what they believed to be a crack pipe and crack cocaine "in plain view."
After a search, police said they seized 22 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 90 grams of suspected fentanyl, 10 grams of suspected heroin, a loaded .380 Bryco Arms handgun, and $3,791 in cash.
Dubois is charged with possessing a firearm while having a violent crime conviction, three counts of drug possession, and possessing an adulterated/misbranded drug.
Langellier is charged with three counts of drug possession and possessing an adulterated/misbranded drug.
