FALL RIVER — A suspect wanted in connection to a stabbing in Fall River earlier this year has surrendered to police.

Deandre Haskett, 19, of 40 Lapham Street, Fall River, turned himself in to the Fall River Police Department on Monday, police said in a Facebook post.

Haskett was featured on the Fall River Police Department's "Top Ten Most Wanted" list on charges of assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing substantial injury.

Police say Haskett stabbed a 23-year-old man multiple times on March 27 outside of his home. Haskett was known to the victim. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
