WAREHAM — Massachusetts State Police are asking for the public's help in relation to a fatal crash on I-195 in Wareham on Monday morning.

Preliminary investigation reveals that at about 4:45 a.m. on Monday a 2012 Nissan Titan pickup truck was traveling east on I-195 in Wareham before Exit 21 when it is believed to have struck a light grey dump truck. The Nissan then veered off of the right side of the highway and into the treeline.

The light grey dump truck believed to have been involved in the crash was not at the scene when police arrived. Police believe that it may have damage to the left rear of the truck bed, including possible black paint transfer.
