Fall River Man Declared “Dangerous” After Arrest On Weapons Charges
A Fall River man has been declared "dangerous" and will be held for without bail for the next three months.
Roberto Rodriquez, 29, was arrested this month after police found a cache of weapons and ammunition in a Westport storage facility that had caught fire. According to the Herald News, Rodriquez had been renting the storage stall in question.
Police found three weapons, including an AK-47 style high capacity rifle. Rodriquez appeared Wedneday in Fall River District Court for a dangerousness hearing, and was ordered held for the next 90 days without bail.
