FALL RIVER — A motorcycle crash in Fall River claimed the life of a Tiverton, Rhode Island man Saturday.

According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, Kory Gray, 31, of Tiverton was killed when the motorcycle he was driving struck another vehicle on Eastern Avenue in Fall River. Fall River Police said officers responded to the scene in the 300-block of Eastern Avenue at 6:07 p.m.

The D.A.’s Office said that when first responders arrived at the scene, they found Gray lying on the northbound side of Eastern Avenue. He was declared dead at the scene. No one else was injured.

It appears Gray was driving the motorcycle southbound on Eastern Avenue when it rear-ended a 2015 Honda Accord at the intersection of County Street, the D.A.’s Office said.

The crash remains under investigation.
