FAIRHAVEN — Fairhaven Police Detectives, working with members from the Bristol County Sheriffs Office South Coast Anticrime Team, raided an apartment in North Fairhaven just after 12:30 p.m. Monday afternoon. Officers executed a search warrant at 415 Main Street, Apartment 5, after completing an investigation into a drug dealing operation that was based out of that residence.

During the search, investigators seized over 350 grams of cocaine, over three grams of heroin, more than two pounds of marijuana, 25 dosages of Suboxone, over $2,500 in cash, and two loaded handguns. Police arrested 23-year-old Eliseo Ramirez-Rosa, Jr., who was out on bail for trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, possession of Adderall, and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Those charges are currently pending in Fall River Superior Court.

Ramirez-Rosa has been charged by the Fairhaven Police Department with the following offenses:

--Trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine

--Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (Suboxone)

--Possession of heroin

--Possession with intent to distribute marijuana

--Possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number

--Unlawful possession of ammunition

--Two counts of improper storage of a firearm

--Two counts of unlawful possession of a loaded firearm

Ramirez-Rosa was booked at the Fairhaven Police Station, then transported to the Ash Street Jail in New Bedford, where he was held on $100,000 bail. He was arraigned in Third District Court Tuesday morning.
