Fairhaven Fire Chief Involved in Crash
The Fairhaven Fire Department confirmed to WBSM News that one of its vehicles was involved in a three-car accident at the intersection of Bridge Street and Route 240 on Wednesday evening.
According to the department, Chief Timothy Francis was responding to a fire alarm activation call Wednesday evening when he collided with two other vehicles at the intersection.
No injuries were reported at the scene. Fire officials said there was moderate-to-major damage to two of the vehicles, and minor damage to the third.
