Environmental Emergency at UMass Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH— An environmental emergency is taking place at UMass Dartmouth's Science and Engineering Building.

The building was evacuated Monday afternoon and is closed until further notice. State emergency officials are currently on-site and according to the University's website, they have the situation "contained."

No injuries have been reported, the incident remains under investigation.
