Downed Power Lines Cause Outage In Fairhaven

Fairhaven Police are warning people about downed power lines.

A police dispatcher tells WBSM News that the outage has caused traffic lights in the area of Alden Rd. and Route 6 and Bridge St. and Route 6 to be non-operational.

Motorists are advised to approach the area with caution.

We have also been advised that the area of Alden Rd heading towards Acushnet has been blocked off.
