Dartmouth Man Faces Several Charges in New Bedford
NEW BEDFORD — Narcotics and gang unit detectives were investigating street-level narcotics sales in the North End when they observed a motor vehicle driving on Brook Street.
Police determined that the vehicle had illegally attached plates and the driver was operating on a suspended license.
The individual was also found to be in possession of a Suboxone strip.
Police arrested Donald Piva, Jr. of Homer Street in North Dartmouth on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, illegally attaching plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of Suboxone.
The arrest was made at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday.
