A Dartmouth man is arrested for the second time this year for driving under the influence of drugs.

Police responded to the intersection of Dartmouth and Rogers Streets around 5:30 Wednesday evening for a report of a man slumped behind the wheel of his car which was stopped at the intersection.

Police arrested the driver of the vehicle, 28-year-old Matthew Caplan of South Dartmouth, charging him with operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and possession of a Class E substance.

Caplan was arrested in June on similar charges.

Caplan was also arrested in November 2015 for possession of a Class E substance at his home in Dartmouth.
