A class action lawsuit is being filed on behalf of the exotic dancers at the Kings Inn in Dartmouth. Attorney Hillary Schwab of the Boston law firm of Lichten & Lss-Riordan P.C. is handling the case and tells WBSM News why the suit is being filed.

She adds what the Kings Inn is doing is an illegal practice under state law. So far there are two named plaintiffs in the case but the attorney is looking for more dancers to come foward.

A pre trial hearing is scheduled for next month and they'll be seeking monetary damages for the dancers once the case goes to trial.  Managers at the Kings Inn declined comment on Monday.
