A useful guide for residents in Dartmouth, Fall River, New Bedford and Westport.

Dartmouth - If you're part of the SMART Program, sanitary workers can take your tree the same day as solid waste pickup the weeks of January 4th and January 11th. Collection starts at 7 am. If you have a Transfer Station Sticker, you can also drop off your tree "at the brush area located at the Department of PublicWorks/Water PollutionControl Facility (759 Russells Mills Road) Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. ***Please note that this schedule is subject to change with unforeseen weather conditions.

Fall River -Curbside pickup will take place the first and second week of January. For those who keep the trees up longer, you can also bring them to the "Recycle Center anytime to drop them off. Location is 10 Lewiston Street, Fall River, 02721. Times are Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 2:30 and Saturday 8 to 11:45.
