Charity Box Stolen from New Bedford Restaurant

NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford Police are investigating after a charity box was stolen from a local fast food restaurant.

Police say an unidentified suspect stole the charity box from the drive-through window of the McDonald's at 159 Hathaway Road at 11:35 a.m. Sunday. The box contained an unknown amount of money.
