A group of high rollers are taking legal action to keep casino repeal off the November ballot in Massachusetts. The coalition including MGM, Penn National and Mohegan Sun say repeal would deprive them of upfront investments they've already made. They're seeking to intervene as the state's highest court considers the constitutionality of the ballot question that would repeal the state's casino law. The gambling companies support Martha Coakley’s argument that repeal would amount to an illegal taking of contract rights.
