Marty Walsh and John Connolly have emerged as the top two vote-getters in Boston's mayoral primary.

The state rep and city councilor will now start campaigning for the general election in November. The winner will replace Mayor Tom Menino, who's finishing up an unprecedented 20 years in office. Former state rep Charlotte Golar Richie came in third out of the twelve candidates.
