Boston Bomber May Find A Place To Be Buried

A Vermont man is stepping forward with an offer of a burial plot for Tamerlan Tsarnaev, right next to his dead mother.

Paul Keane tells NECN  that his mother would have approved of his offer to bury Tsarnaev in the family's cemetery plot in Hamden, Connecticut. Keane says his mother Barbara was a Sunday school teacher who believed in mercy and the principle of loving your enemy.

Keane, a Yale Divinity School graduate, says Tsarnaev deserves a burial no matter how despicable his crimes.

Boston Mayor Tom Menino has said that it would be disrespectful if the body was buried in or near Boston. Other states have also already denied requests for the burial.
