“Baby Doe” Billboards Next Step In Identifying Toddler

Massachusetts State Police are stepping up their efforts to identify a deceased toddler known only as "Baby Doe."

The girl's body was found in a trash bag on a Boston area beach last month. She is believed to have been four years old at the time of her death.

State Police have released a computer-generated image of what the child may have looked like just before her death, with the image being viewed millions of times on social media, but with no substantial leads.

Police are now working with MassDOT to feature Baby Doe's image on 84 billboards in 50 locations throughout the state. The billboards will also feature phone and text tip line numbers for anyone who may recognize the child.
