Armed Robbery Reported at New Bedford Convenience Store

NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford Police are investigating a report of a robbery at a North End convenience store.

Police logs show a report of an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven at 1499 Acushnet Avenue before midnight Sunday.

Police tell WBSM News no weapon was shown during the robbery and the investigation is very active.

Police are not releasing any more information at this time.
