FALL RIVER — Another man has reportedly jumped from the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Fall River.

The Herald News is reporting that workers on the bridge called 911 after seeing a man jump into the water shortly before 1 p.m.

Fall River Assistant Harbormaster Kara O'Connell found the man in the water and brought him to a nearby dock, and began performing CPR until paramedics arrived. The man was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, and his condition is unknown at this time.

He is described as a white, middle-aged man.

It's the second jumper from the Veterans Memorial Bridge in the past four days. On Sunday, an unidentified man parked his vehicle on the bridge around 1:45 p.m. and then jumped in the water, but was rescued by nearby boaters and taken to Rhode Island Hospital for observation.
