The president of the New Bedford branch of the NAACP supports the Black Lives Matter protests and changes in how police employ force. LaSella Hall visited Townsquare Sunday this week, offering his thoughts on reopening the Malcolm Gracia investigation, the need for improved communication between police and the community, and the prospects for changing the use-of-force policies employed by New Bedford Police.
