2016 Jack Peterson Scholarship Winner [VIDEO]

The winner of the 2016 Jack Peterson $5,000 Scholarship goes to... *drum roll*.... Paige Richmond!

The scholarship is awarded to one high school senior from the local Southcoast area. The scholarship is in memoriam of Jack Peterson, who was a radio personality at WBSM, and a radio announcer for football games at Dartmouth High School, Bishop Stang, and other local high schools.

Michael Rock and Christine Fox from the Rock and Fox Show presented Richmond on Friday, March 11th, 2016 at Flagship Cinemas in New Bedford. Coincidentally, Richmond worked there and received the surprise of a lifetime.

Richmond was asked by her employer to watch the previews in "Theater 11" to make sure they fired off correctly without any problems. Little did Richmond know that Fun 107 was undercover in the audience filming her reaction the entire time (as you can see in the bottom right-hand corner of video).
