A woman from Rochester, NY is being charged with the purchase of guns used in the deadly Christmas Eve attack of volunteer firefighters in Webster, NY.

A 24-year-old woman from Rochester, NY has been arrested. She is tied to the purchase of the guns that a 62-year-old man used in the massacre on Christmas Eve in Webster, NY.

Dawn Nguyen was arrested on Friday. She is not only facing local charges she is also facing federal charges for this. Nguyen's brother told reporters that the 62-year-old man, William Spengler, stole the guns from his sister.
