Two Fall River Men Indicted on Murder Charges
A Fall River grand jury has indicted two city men on murder and armed robbery charges.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office announced the indictments of 20-year-old Brandyn LePage and 43-year-old Hiram Gonzalez.
LePage is accused of shooting Aja Pascual in the head during a drug deal-turned-robbery on Cherry Street in Fall River in September. LePage is being held in the Bristol County House of Corrections on charges of murder, armed robbery, and illegal possession of a firearm until his next court date.
Gonzalez is being held for the shooting death of 24-year-old Brian Januario in March 2011.
