The Bristol County Sheriff's office says it has "no comment" to a report by TMZ.com, that former Patriot tight end Aaron Hernandez was involved in a fight Tuesday at the House of Correction, and allegedly beat another inmate "pretty good."

The website quotes sources as saying Hernandez somehow came in contact with another inmate while taking a walk down an isolated hallway.  According to the website, Hernandez attacked the inmate, who reportedly had been harrassing Hernandez all day.

Hernadez had been in solitary confinement out of concern he would be a target behind bars because of his celebrity.

Bernard Sullivan, a spokesman for Sheriff Thomas Hodgson, said the Sheriff had no comment.

Hernandez is awaiting trial for the shooting death of Odin Lloyd of South Boston last June.
