Victor Tiu Lopez

New Bedford's Victor Tiu Lopez has been found guilty of stealing over $20,000 by false pretenses, pretending to be the owner of affordable rental properties in the city.

Thirty-five year old Victor Tiu Lopez is facing 15 ecounts of larceny and two counts of witness intimidation.
