Update:  The standoff at 209 Richard St. in South Dartmouth ended around 6:30pm, when police took the suspect into custody.  The unidentified man had barricaded himself inside the home with several weapons since 11am.  Negotiators were called in at mid-afternoon, in hopes the man would surrender.  P...
