A South Easton woman and her son are facing federal charges after authorities say the pair committed fraud and embezzled money from a Pawtucket dermatologist's office where they worked.

A South Easton woman who caused a fatal car crash in New Bedford and then fled the scene was sentenced to serve 14 to 16 years in state prison.

Police and prosecutors are actively investigating a fatal two-car crash that occurred today on Bay Road in Easton and claimed the life of a 37-year-old man.
