The state's highest court Thursday ordered the dismissal of over 11,000 convictions linked to former state drug lab chemist Sonja Farak, 442 in Bristol County.
District attorneys from across the state on Thursday announced they would dismiss convictions involving evidence tainted by former state drug lab chemist Sonja Farak, a number the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts tallied at more than 6,000.
