Two severely malnourished dogs have been rescued from a home in Rochester, and a man has been charged with their neglect.

Animal control officials are asking for the public's help in finding the owner of an abandoned and malnourished dog. The French mastiff was found in Acushnet last Thursday, rooting through a resident's garbage.
