Just over a week after the New England Patriots placed a rarely used free agent tender on power running back LeGarrette Blount, the two-time Super Bowl champion has found a new home.
Although they welcomed veteran, free agent running back Adrian Peterson into town for a workout this past week, it appears the New England Patriots would like to bring LeGarrette Blount back to fill their vacant power back role.
The song that best describes the 2015 New England Patriots, as It pertains to the health of their players, is Another One Bites The Dust. That's the case as the team placed their second player of the day, LeGarrette Blount, on Season-Ending Injured Reserve, according to WEEI.
Legarrette Blount ran for 189 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Patriots to a 34-20 win over Buffalo last night. The Patriots will enter the playoffs as the #2 seed and have next week off.
