A New Bedford man has been arraigned for the murder of his neighbor with whom he was previously in a relationship.

A New Bedford man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of Karina Martinez-Ortiz, his neighbor with whom he was formerly in a relationship.

A woman was shot and killed in New Bedford Tuesday night and found outside of her Bolton Street apartment.
