New Bedford Police are investigating an attempted unarmed robbery Sunday morning.

A New Bedford man faces robbery charges.  Thirty-five year old Timothy Martin of Truro Street was arrested early Friday on Acushnet Avenue. Det. Capt. Steve Vicente  says Martin is charged with a robbery at the 7-11 Store on the Avenue around 4am, and an attempted robbery two hours later at Honey Dew Donuts on Coggeshall Street...
