New Bedford's Annual Homeless Count will be taking place on Wednesday afternoon over at the PAACA headquarters parking lot at 360 Coggeshall St.

The 2014 count of homeless people in New Bedford is underway. A brief press conference was held on the steps of City Hall Wednesday afternoon before the count's 2pm start time. Rev.
