In an attempt to create some more offense, the Boston Celtics are going back to a strategy they have employed in parts of their first two playoffs series so far this postseason; starting Gerald Green in place of Amir Johnson.

With their backs pinned against the wall, in a match up of aces, the Boston Red Sox and David Price folded in a 6-0 loss to Corey Kluber and the Cleveland Indians, Friday in Game 2 of the ALDS.
