Distracted Driving Bill

Many Massachusetts drivers are being cited for distracted driving.

The bill would ban hand-held cell phone use while driving.

The Conference Committee could not reach an agreement before the Legislature began it's August recess.

Both branches held sessions from Wednesday afternoon until after 12:00 a.m. Thursday in what was expected to be the last day before a traditional August recess.
