The man is accused of driving his ATV on private property, smashing a house window, gunning the vehicle at a person who confronted him, and resisting arrest.
State Police say a trooper shot and wounded a person while police were rounding up a group that had been riding off-road bikes and ATV's dangerously on I-93.
A 42-year-old repeat drunk driver from Freetown was convicted of multiple charges related to driving his ATV while heavily intoxicated and sentenced to serve two years in jail.
