United Interfaith Action is holding a community meeting on Tuesday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Unitarian Church on Eighth Street in downtown New Bedford.

Police Chief Joseph Cordeiro says the program has worked well in Chelsea and he wants to try it here.
