According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, it is unlikely that the New England Patriots will trade their back up quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.

It appears now, however, that the team did not get a tantalizing enough deal from any of the many suitors for Garoppolo's services and will instead keep the quarterback, who is under contract through the 2017 campaign.

New England's decision to keep Garoppolo now leaves multiple teams including the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears, who all had top five picks in this year's draft, still searching for an answer to their quarterback issues.
