Report: Former Subway Spokesman To Accept Plea Deal

Former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle is reportedly going to agree to a plea deal in connection with a child pornography case.

WXIN-TV in Indianapolis reports that Fogle will plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges.

Fogle has been under investigation since a raid on his Zionsville home earlier this summer in which investigators seized several computers.

Subway suspended their relationship with Fogle shortly after the raid.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
