Waterfront attorney and former State Rep. John Quinn is now a member of the New England Regional Fsheries Management Council. The Council's job is to develop rules and programs for commercial fishing in the region. Quinn is attending his first meeting Tuesday in Plymouth. Quinn tells WBSM News, he's looking foreward to the experience.

Quinn says his top priority is to look for ways fishermen can catch more fish. He's replacing boatowner Rodney Avila of Dartmouth who's term has expired.
