The New England Patriots equaled a franchise scoring record with a 59-24 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Andrew Luck and the Colts got off the good start against New England, but the 14 points they put up in the first quarter was their biggest. The Pats held them to just a field goal in the second quarter, scoreless in the third, and just a touchdown in the fourth.

Tom Brady threw 331 yards, and three touchdowns. Two of those went to Rob Gronkowski, who caught 7 passes for 137 yards. Gronk was injured with under 4 minutes to play in the fourth quarter. He will reportedly have surgery on a broken forearm.

The Patriots running game had a couple of scores as well, and as a team ran for 115 yards. New England's defense picked off Andrew Luck three times, two were run back for a score.
