New Bedford Man Indicted In Child’s Death

A Bristol County Grand Jury has indicted a 22-year-old New Bedford man in the beating death of his former girlfriend's 9-month-old daughter.

According to the Bristol County D A's office, Ethen Harrison is charged with a single count of murder in the indictment. No date has been set for Harrison's arraignment in Fall River Superior court. He is being held without bail in connection with the case. Harrison, who lived in an apartment on Adams Street in the New Bedford's north end with the baby's mother and her two children, is accused of beating 9-month-old Ariel Eluzario to death on January 24.
