A bill filed by Congressman William Keating looks to hurt the pockets of ISIS. Keating is a member of the House Homeland Security Committee, and says the Islamic State's funding comes from two primary sources.

The first is the control of oil fields, which Keating says U.S. airstrikes have targeted.

The second, says Keating, is the sale of artifacts and antiquities taken from cities under ISIS control. Keating says his bill would prohibit the purchase of such items in the United States. "A lot of that is coming right into the United States, and they're getting funding and profiting. They're (buyers) supplying resources for the terrorist activities by purchases made in the United States," said Keating.

Keating's bill passed last week.

He adds the United States is also working with European nations to stop the purchase of the stolen artifacts overseas.
