Update: Car Crash Victim Identified

Update:  The woman killed in Monday's crash on Route 24 in Freetown has been identified as 32 year old Stephanie Picher of Raynham.

A crash that killed a 32-year-old Raynham woman on Route 24 in Freetown is under investigation. State Police say the woman lost control yesterday afternoon near exit 9 in Freetown and hit the back of a tractor-trailer parked off the side of the road.

The unidentified woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was the only occupant in the car.

The cause and circumstances of the accident are being investigated by State Police.
