Director Bruce Morrel tells WBSM News, the funding will cover a two-and a half year period where a number of teens and young adults who left school early, will get a second chance.

Morrel says Youth Build is currently re-habbing an abandoned house in New Bedford's North End that will be sold by lottery to a first time home buyer.
